| 内容記述 | 手作りの採血用血管モデルの作成過程において,モデルを改良した時の判断を導いた血管モデルとしての条件を取り出し,実際にモデルを使用した学生のアンケートの結果からモデルとしての条件について検討した,その結果,以下の条件が明らかになった.1)採血部位の組織の大づかみな特徴が区別できる.2)実際の皮膚に触れた感触や刺入する感触が得られる.3)目標とした血管壁への刺入が確実に行える.4)抜針後の穿刺跡が残らない.5)実際の血管の走行,太さ,深さを確認し,刺入部位を決め,穿刺行動に入る直前に速やかに装着できる.6)刺入部と注射器を把持した手の固定部位が同一平面上にある.7)注射針刺入の際の注射器を把持している腕を,実際の採血と同様の形に保てる.8)モデルの材料が容易に購入,かつ加工,修繕することができる.9)患者役の学生の安全を保証する.モデルの条件として,採血技術のポイントを修得する,という観点から,現実の人間の皮膚や皮下組織,血管などの組織の特徴を表したものでなければならないことが示唆された | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the conditions of a venous model which is used for students to acquire nursing skill. As for the process of making venous model which prompts the students to show progress acquiring the nursing skill, first of all researchers took out the ideas which lead them to make progress in making the venous model better. Then, researchers analyzed results of questionnaires which had been taken from the students who used the model. What became clear is shown below. As a model: 1. It helps students distinguish differences of tissues. 2. Students can feel the touching of skin and puncturing skin. 3. Students are able to certainly puncture vein which is marked. 4. There are no marks on the skin after puncturing or pulling off a needle. 5. Students can check run, thickness, depth of vein, the model can be worn on the arm smoothly just before puncturing the model. 6. There is enough space on the plane for students to stablize the hand which hold a syringe while drawing the veine. 7. There is enough thickness for students to puncture while keeping the angle. 8. Materials of the venous model are low cost, easy to purchase, easy to reform. 9. To guarantee the students safety. The point of the conditions of the model which prompt the students to acquire the nursing skill are suggested that the model must have point which has features of skin, subcutaneous tissue, and vein tissue, same as that of human beings. | |||||
