| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、選択科目「島しょ保健看護論」の授業評価を行い、授業の質向上に向け課題を明らかにする。対象は、当科目を選択した４年次学生37人で、研究の主旨、方法、倫理的配慮を説明した。評価は、授業過程評価スケールによる講義の評価、個人レポートの記述内容である。調査に同意の得られた学生は、授業過程評価スケール33人、個人レポート37人であった。授業は、講義、演習1（事前学習）、演習2（離島訪問）、演習3（報告会）と段階を踏んで進められる。講義に対する学生の評価は、平均総得点及び７つの下位尺度の平均は約８割弱であった。また、講義は、演習、離島訪問の導入としての効果があった。授業目標の学びは、「保健活動」、「島しょの定義・特徴」、「診療所活動」の順に多かった。授業段階においては、離島訪問で約７割を学んでいた。しかし、報告会での学びの記述が少ないことから、個々の担当の学習項目は深められているが、訪問離島の総合的な理解に至ってない。本授業をさらに充実するために、各段階の授業展開の工夫、他の地域保健看護の科目の授業目標との関連性を検討する必要がある。|The purpose of this research was to evaluate the class and to make improvement of the classroom learning of Nursing and Health Care in the Remote Islands. The thirty seven senior students who studied this course were chosen by the research. The students' consent on research project were obtained. [Method] Students classroom evaluation scale, content analysis of students' individual reports were used for the research. The thirty three students responded to classroom evaluation scale and the individual records of thirty seven students were used for content analysis. The classroom teaching started from "the Introduction of the Nursing and Health Care in the Remote islands", "Practice I", and advanced to the last level, "Practice III". [Results] The total average score and the average scores of seven subscales were less than 80%. "The Introduction of the Course" was helpful for learning 'Health Care Activity", "Definiton and Feature of Remote Island", and " Clinical Activity", respectively. The seventy percent of the students reported that they learnt about Health Care Activities, Islands Health Care Characteristics of the areas, and Medical Care through clinical practic at the islands. It takes time to get the whole understanding of the Health Care Practices of the ilands. In order to enhence the students' learning on "the Nursing and Health Care of the Remote Islands Course", stepwise advancement within the course need to be reexamined and related courses on Community Health Care and Nursing should be considered. | |||||
