| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、基礎看護実習１での学生の体験と学びを明らかにすることである。24名の学生の３日間の実習記録から、227場面の体験と学びが導き出され、各場面から体験と学びの内容を比較検討した。その結果、基礎看護実習１における学生の体験と学びとして、『１．対象者との関わりから得た体験と学び』、『２．対象者との関わりで、学生の感情が揺さぶられた体験と学び』、『３．対象者の言動からの学び』、『４．対象者の様子からの学び』、『５．対象者とスタッフの関わりからの学び』、『６．スタッフからの学び」、『７．看護が行われている場からの学び』、『８．実習生としての立場からの体験と学び』の８項目の学びがなされていた。以上のことから、基礎看護実習１で学生は、【対象者との関わり】、【スタッフとの関わり】、【看護が行われている場】、そして【実習生としての立場】から多くのことを学び、多くのことに気づいていたことが明らかにされた。しかし専門知識が浅いため、対象の見つめ方が浅かったり、学生の立場で見つめていることも見られた。|he purpose of this study was to appraise the students' experience and learning on Fundamental Nursing Practicum 1. There were 227 scenes identified through review of the three-day clinical experience reported by 24 students. Their learning was extensive through the following eight areas: 1. Relations with subjects 2. Feelings stirred in contact with subjects 3. Subjects' behavior 4. Subjects' condition 5. Relations between subjects and staff 6. Staff 7. Nursing practice settings 8. Trainees' roles The study found that the students had learned many things from the relations with clients as well as with staff, from the practice settings, and from the trainees' roles. However, Ine to their paucig of knowledge and experience, they sometimes analyzed clients less completely or less professionally. | |||||
