| 内容記述 | 本学地域保健看護実習におけるより効果的な実習指導方法を探ることを目的として、平成17年度地域保健看護実習内容を、本学シラバス、実習要項、学生の地域保健看護実習記録、担当教員による学生の実習評価から分析し、今後の改善点を検討した。地域保健看護講義科目は実習以外の時期に段階的、集中的に開講し、地域保健看護実習は講義を終了した4年次に実施した。地域保健看護実習のうち、保健所実習では保健所保健師の役割・業務の理解を、市町村実習では保健指導技術の習得を重視した実習プログラムとした。実習記録における「学生の学び」の分析から、各実習目標の達成度を見ると、学生が実際に見学あるいは実践を通して経験した項目は具体的な理解が得やすく、逆に実際に経験する機会が少ない項目および体験の認識度が低い項目の達成度が低かった。また、学生と教員の実習評価においても、学びの分析と同様、実際に経験する機会が少ない項目に関して評価が低い傾向がみられた。これらの結果、実習場所の確保、実習内容の精選と実習方法の検討、学生の地域保健看護への関心を引き出す関わり方、本学のカリキュラム改善に関する課題が明らかとなった。|To search for more effective guiding method of the practice in the community health nursing in our college, the contents of practice in 2005 and to improvement were examined by analysis of syllabus, the practice outline, the practice records of students, and evaluation by students and faculty. The lectures of community health nursing were carried out gradually and intensively, and the practice was executed for the senior students who had completed the lectures. It was planned giving priority to undestanding the role of the PHN in practice at public health centers and aquisition health guidance techniques in the commnity. Then, from analysis of 'students learning' in the practice records, it was easy for the students to understand concretely through the visits or clinical practice in the commnity. On. the other hand, achievement goal was low when students' actual experiences were not enough, and/or when students couldn't recognize it even if they did. Moreover, in the practice evaluation of the students and faculty the evaluation was low with few chances of practice. As a result, challenges to improvement of the practices was clarified, such as securing of practice places, careful selection of contents and methods, guidance to draw out students' concern, and improvement of curriculum of our college. | |||||
