| 内容記述 | 【目的】文部科学省の事業である組織的な大学院教育改革推進プログラム「島嶼看護の高度実践指導者の育成」の取り組みの概要とこれまでの活動実績を報告し、今後の展開と課題を提示することで、プログラムのさらなる発展へとつなげていく。【プログラムの概要】本大学の博士前期課程、後期課程に設置されている先端保健看護分野に新たに「島嶼保健看護」の領域を開設する。その領域において、島嶼の地域文化に根ざした看護を基盤として、島嶼地区一体となって問題解決に向けて協働する地域ケア連携、島嶼地区特有の健康問題に関する実践・教育・研究を行う。学生の受け入れは博士前期課程2名、後期課程1名とする。島嶼保健看護領域の新科目は9科目で、そのうち博士前期6科目(島嶼保健看護特論1、同演習、同実習、同課題研究、地域文化看護論、多職種地域連携論)、博士後期3科目(島嶼保健看護特論2、同特別研究2、国際島嶼看護論)である。教育方法は、宮古島に人材育成の拠点を置き、本大学と宮古島教室とをテレビ会議システムで結ぶ遠隔教育と現地指導を取り入れた融合型教育とする。国内外の島嶼地域での実習や太平洋島嶼地域での会議や研修参加による交流活動を通じてグローカルな視点を養う。【取り組みの実際】平成21・22年度の入学者7名に対してプログラムの実際を展開している。新科目の履修や島嶼地区での教育・研究活動、太平洋島嶼地域での実習や研修、国内外での島嶼看護に焦点を当てた学会での発表や学術交流を通じて、実践指導能力や、教育・研究指導能力を養っている。【今後の課題】プログラムの3年間の体系的な評価、プログラム終了後の継続や推進、人材育成能力の開発、島嶼看護学の試案の構築に向けて、更なる課題解決の方略を模索していく努力と組織的な取組みが必要である。|Purpose: We report the outline for Program for Enhancing Systematic Education in Graduate School "Development of Advanced Nursing Specialist in Islands Nursing" granted by ministry government of Japan. We will suggest our program's agenda and perspective in future. Outline of Program: This course will be establish as one education research area of the Health and Nursing Science, Graduate Program of the Graduate Program Department. The "Islands Health Nursing" course will be included in the leading healthcare and nursing field available in both Master's and Doctor's Program for Health and Nursing science Research and Specialization. In this course, undertaken to promote the community care cooperation where islands collaborate to solve problems as a whole. We accept two students in the master's course and one in the doctoral course. The following 9 new subjects were established: Island Health Nursing Theory 1・2, Seminar, Practicum, Problem Study, Special Study2, Community Culture and Nursing Theory, Community Cooperation among Multi-profession Theory and International Nursing in Island. Miyako Island will be the base for human resource development. Teaching methods are Integrated education of training in the field and distance education by using a video conference system. The students have training in global and local view point through practicum or field work in the Pacific Islands or domestic Islands in Okinawa. Actual approach: We have 7 students in this Island Nursing course. They have been studying 9 new subjects, including activities of education or research, practicum or seminar in Pacific Islands and domestic islands, giving presentation their own researches and exchange in outside or inside countries of academic conference. The students are training their competency of practicum, education and research through those activities Future agenda and perspective: We need to search to solve the agenda that evaluation of program for three years, continue and promotion after finishing the program, construction for academic of Island Nursing. | |||||
