| 内容記述 | 背景 : 安心して子育てができる地峨づくりのためには、母子保健推進良の活動の鉱大と強化に向けた支接が必要である.目的 : 母子保健推進民を対象とした教育研修を実施し、雌島A島における干育て支援のための新しい地域づくりに資することである.方法 : A町母子保健推進員9人に教育研修を行った.実施した教育研修の効巣を明らかにするために、会議録、質問紙調査による自由記述、グループインタビューの逐語録から得られたデータを質的帰納的に分析した.結巣 : 教育研修を実施した結巣、1) 個人レベルの効巣(母子保健推進貝メンバ-). 2)集凶レベルの効果(母子保健推進員会議の活動・運営)が示された.個人レベルの効果として《母子保健活動の理解》《母子保健推進員の役割の実感》《必要な校法の埋解》《スキルアップ必要性の芽生え))《個別支援の必要性》《主体的学びの開始》《継続可能な活動の提言》の7つのカテゴリーが摘出された.集団レベルにおける効果は申備刷、創造刷、継続・転換期、発展期の4つに分類できた.結論 : 教育研修の実胞によって、1. 母子保健推進貝が子育て支援のための新たな地域づくりに効巣をもたらす可能性が示唆された.2 母下保健推進員の行動・態度の変化は地域における千育て支援の基盤づくりの1つとなる可能性が示唆された.|[Background] In order to promote a community wherein mothers feel comfortable about their child-rearing, it is necessary to support and facilitate activities of MCHPM [ctliective] This project provides MCHPM with educational training and aims to contribute to community renovation at the A Island for better child-rearing support. [Method] We conducted educational training for 9 MCHPM at the A Town. In order to measure effects of the educational training, we recorded verbatim data from survey and group interview results and conducted qualitative inductive a11alysis. [Outcome] The educational training resulted in improvement a t 1) MCHPM' s individual level and 2) collective level (activities and management of MCHPM meetings). We abstracted 7 categories regarding individual level:\nunderstanding about MCHPM activities. recognition about MCHPM roles. understanding about required techniques. realization about necessity for skill improvement. necessity for individualized support. subjective learning. and suggestion about sustainable activities. We also categorized collective influence into 4 phases: Dreparation, creation, continuity/ transition. and development.\n[Conclusion] The educational training suggests: 1) potential of MCHPM that can contribute to communityrenovation and 2) possibility that MCHPM development can be a (oundation for child-rearing support within thecommunity. | |||||
