| 内容記述 | 医師の治療方針を拒否している透析患者との関わりにおいて,関わりの継続を拒否された自己の看護過程を再構成した.その結果,看護者の関わりが患者の感情表出に共感することが少ないことが明らかになった.そこで患者の感情表出に焦点を当てた局面に分けて各局面の看護者の患者の言動や状況に対する看護者の認識と表現の特徴から,慢性疾患患者への立場の変換を行っていく上での指針を明らかにした.それは,『患者の言動を手がかりに現在の患者の認識に注目し,その認識をもたらせたであろう患者の体験を想像し,その体験下に我が身を置き換えながら,その時々の感情を感じ取っていく.そして,患者のおかれている状況をより現実的・具体的に想像していく上で,看護者自身の生活体験や類似した実体験,そして他者の体験に専門知識を重ねていくことが,立場の変換を行っていく上で有用である』ということであった | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify guidelines for changing roles between nurse and patient at nursing in choronic-disease. We made a process record of being refused to be involved with the patient who rejected to undergo treatments. By analyzing the process record, we notice that our emotions in speech and action do not evoke the patient's satisfaction. For that reason we devided the process record into several pieces with focusing emotional expression of the patient, then we make clear pattern of calligrapher's attitude with cognition and expression understanding the facts around the patient. As a result, the followings have become clear as pattern of calligrapher's attitude with cognition and expression to understanding the facts around the patient. "A nurse imagines experience which probably affected the patients' present recognition while paying attention to a patient's speech or action. And at the same time the nurse tries to put herself into patients' shoes. When this is done, the experience of the patients becomes fully a part of imagining more nearly actually and concretely the situation that the patient has set, with nurse's own life experience." I can say that these guidelines can be utilized in nursing for helping patient with choronic-disease to do self-examination and to make self-determination. | |||||
