| 内容記述 | 岩手県に在住する成人初期の子供をもつ中年期の父親30名,母親31名に対し,乳幼児期より縦断的研究を行っている.これらを対象に,それぞれの主観的健康状態および生活状態,子育て評価(the Appraisal of the Child Rearing),自己概念に関することなどを質問紙法および一部の者には面接法によって調査した.その結果,主観的健康状態がよいほど自己概念得点が高い傾向にあり,父母の間には子育て評価の"過去"に関して違いがあった.又,母親の子育て評価は世代間で継承する割合が父親に比較して高いことなどが明らかになった.以上から身体的疾患がないにも拘わらず社会生活上困難をきたしているリスク者を早期に見つけ支援していく予防的アプローチが必要であり,自己概念状態を把握することにより,健康上のリスク者を見つけ,カウンセリングに結び付けられる可能性を示唆した | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which the results of our research on appraisal of the child rearing and subjective health condition of subjects in Tokyo and Okinawa prefectures are applied with those in Iwate prefecture. Our subjects were 30 fathers and 31 mothers of middle aged who had children of early adulthood by longitudinal method since the children were in infancy. Questionnaires on health and life conditions, appraisal of the child rearing (ACR), and self-perception were mailed to mothers and fathers separately. Results were: 1) The better their subjective health conditions were, the higher their scores of self-perception were. 2) There were differences between the scores of ACR on "the past" of fathers and mothers. 3) The mothers' ACR tended to continue through generations. The correlation between self-perception score and subjective health condition was consistent with the previous research findings of Ueda. This result implies that a preventive approach is needed to identify early and to support at-risk people who have difficulties in their daily lives although they have no overt physical illness, and also that nurses can identify at-risk people by scores of self-perception and support with counseling service. In addition, middle-aged mothers' ACR tended to continue through generations generally. Further analysis is needed in the relationship between parents and children from the viewpoint of the intervention of child rearing. | |||||
