| 内容記述 | 背景：テレナーシングは､1995年頃から欧米において看護活動の技法の一つとして研究され､外来看護や在宅看護の分野で患者・家族のケアに応用され､入院や在院日数を半減し､タイムリーな援助が提供できるなど効果をあげている｡日本においては医療・保険制度､診療報酬体系の相違もあり開発途上にある｡目的：テレナーシングに関する４つの文献から､テレナーシングの概念､世界の看護活動の現状を把握し､必要な能力を考える｡ 対象：テレナーシングに関する文献(1)D. Larson-Dabn ：Tel-eNurse Practice Quality of care and Patient Outcomes (4)Diane L. Huber, Kathleen Blanchfield：Telephone Nursing Interventions in Ambulatory Care 結果および結論：1998年､ICN は新しい概念としてテレナーシングを定義し､看護への応用､コスト効果などをあげてテレナーシングへの関心を喚起している｡テレナーシングの技術を看護に活用するには実践､研究､教育､管理の４つの柱がある｡安全で質の高いテレナーシングは､看護師の専門的知識と経験､クリティカルシンキング技術､人間関係を確立するためのコミュニケーションとケアリングアプローチを行う能力が必要である｡これらの能力は大学教育または継続教育をとおして得られる｡Tel-eNurse Practice Model (TNPM) が2000年に発表され､テレナーシング実践に活用されている｡テレナーシングは国家の政策として予算化し活動している国もあるが､我が国の看護教育では情報通信を介しての看護師のケア提供技術は体系化されていない｡今後､テレナーシングの実践にむけての研究および大学教育・継続教育が必要であると考える｡|Background: Telenursing has been studied as one of nursing activities in the West since 1995, and it is applied to care of patients and families in ambulatory nursing care or home health care. Telenursing helps reduce the number of hospitalizations and length of hospital stay and provide timely support for patients. Telenursing in Japan is in a developmental stage with its unique health care systems including the insurance and remuneration systems. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to grasp the concept of telenursing and the current telenursing activities practice world wide, and to consider required competencies. Design:Integrated literature of telenursing at home and abroad. (1)D. Huber, Kathleen Blanchfield: Telephone Nursing Intervention in Ambulatory Care Results and Conclusion: In 1998, ICN defined telenursing as a new concept, and stimulated interest in telehealth for its application to nursing and for cost effectiveness. There are four domains of nursing for the application of telehealth technologies: practice, research, education and administration. To use telenursing optimally and safety, nurses must become competent with clinical knowledge, experience, communication skills, competencies to practice of critical thinking and caring approach for establishing a relationship with caller. These competencies may be acquired through academic or continuing education. The tel- eNurse Practice Model (TNPM) was announced in 2000, is a theoretical framework telephone nurses can use to telenurse practice. Although there are several countries that address telenursing as a national policy and provide financial support, the level of care is not systematized in the nursing activities of Japan. In conclusion, telenursing research and education are required for future telenursing practice. | |||||
