{"created":"2023-06-19T06:41:45.586732+00:00","id":104,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"261c3a2f-c060-406c-b7f8-fddd12ef5549"},"_deposit":{"created_by":2,"id":"104","owners":[2],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"104"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:opcnr.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000104","sets":["1:13"]},"author_link":["104","83","85","6"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2006-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"7","bibliographicPageEnd":"24","bibliographicPageStart":"17","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"沖縄県立看護大学紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Okinawa Prefectural College of Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"看護技術教育において学生同士が看護者－患者役の体験を通して技術を修得する方法が広く行なわれている。採血技術は痛みを伴うことから、学生同士で実際に採血をする体験では日常生活に密着した看護技術とは異なる学習経験をする。本研究の目的は、採血技術の学習において実際に採血を行う技術チェック（本番チェック）に、看護技術教育上どのような意義があるのかを明らかにすることである。対象は、Ａ公立看護大学２年生80名である。採血技術学習の最終段階で、実際に採血をする技術チェックを１人ずつ行ない、終了後に、'本番チェックがあった方がよいかどうかとその理由' および '体験してみて感じたこと，わかったこと、困ったことなど' について自由記載のアンケートを求め、提出は学生の自由意思に委ねた。その記述内容を‘体験からどのようなことを学んだのか' という観点から読み意味内容を抽出した。それらを学びの性質で類別し、採血技術の本番チェックがもたらす看護技術教育上の意義をとり出した。アンケート調査紙は80名中73名の学生が提出し、全員が採血技術の学習で本番チェックがあった方がよいと答え、その理由として血管モデルの限界や初回実施時の条件を上げていた。自由記述の意味内容を抽出し、実際に採血を行う技術チェックがもたらす看護技術教育上の意義について以下の４項目をとり出した。『1. 実際の感覚を伴う体験を通して、技術のポイントやその根拠を得心する』、『２．対象の個別な状態や予想外の反応に遭遇した体験から、看護技術が対象に合わせて使われることを知る』、『３．患者体験を通して看護者の心理状態や言動が患者に影響を及ぼすことを実感し、技術を実施する時のありたい看護者像を描く』、『４．他者に痛みを与える怖さや失敗ができないプレッシャーに直面し、それを乗り越えることで看護者としての自信や責任感を得る』。|The purpose of this study was to define the significance of education for nursing techniques with practical examination in collecting blood specimens. The subjects were eighty sophomore students of a public nursing college. The students took the practical examination in collecting blood specimens from each other. After that the students answered a questionnaire regarding their ideas about such an examination and their feelings about their experience. The questionnaires from 73 students were analyzed. The meanings were found from descriptive data in the questionnaires and defined the significance of education for nursing techniques with practical exam ination in collecting blood specimens. The results are as follows, 1. Satisfaction with the points of the nursing techniques and the reasons through their own experience. 2. Understanding that the nursing techniques have to be applyed to the person individually, and that they must be able to adapt to unexpected situations. 3. Realization that patients are sensitive to the nurse's behavior and mood, and imagining the good nurses that they want to be. 4.
