{"created":"2023-06-19T06:41:46.217124+00:00","id":118,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"efe394dd-0ae3-44c9-902b-51c212e3d482"},"_deposit":{"created_by":2,"id":"118","owners":[2],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"118"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:opcnr.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000118","sets":["1:16"]},"author_link":["548","547","11"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2008-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"9","bibliographicPageEnd":"38","bibliographicPageStart":"29","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"沖縄県立看護大学紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Okinawa Prefectural College of Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【背景】慢性呼吸器疾患や脳卒中などの機能障害を有する慢性疾患患者は生涯にわたって症状をコントロールし、合併症や機能低下を予防するよう、在宅においても健康管理を行うことが求められる。しかし、呼吸困難などの呼吸機能障害または麻痺などの運動機能障害は、活動量の低下や社会との交流の減少をもたらし、生活の質（QOL）の低下をもたらす。【目的】本研究は在宅療養している呼吸困難を有する慢性呼吸器疾患患者と麻痺を有する脳卒中患者のQOLを比較し、障害に応じた看護支援の資料とすることを目的とする。方法は、同意の得られた50歳から79歳までの通院中の患者に対しSF-36を用いてQOLのアンケート調査を行った。【結果及び結論】対象者は、慢性呼吸器疾患患者41人平均年齢69.8歳と脳卒中患者24人62.7歳であった。慢性呼吸器疾患患者は呼吸困難により、脳卒中患者は片麻痺によって日常生活上の身体機能に同程度の影響を受けていたが、普段の仕事や活動ができないという日常役割機能（身体）と体の痛みについては脳卒中患者が低く、このことは、慢性呼吸器疾患患者は、普段から呼吸状態に合わせて仕事・活動を行っているのに対し、脳卒中患者は麻痺と痛みから、思う程も活動ができないことを示唆していた。しかし、全体的健康感は慢性呼吸器疾患患者が低かったことから、健康意識の低さが示唆された。|【Background】Over their life, the chronic patient such as chronic respiratory disease (CRD) or cerebrovascular accident (CVA) need to do the health care of their own for prevent a complication and functional decline at home setting. However, the disorder such as dyspnea and paralysis reduce activity, sociability, and quality of life (QOL). 【Purpose and Methods】The purpose of this study is to obtain a suggestion of the nursing support that accepted disorder by comparing the QOL of a patient with CVA and CRD at home setting. We performed a questionnaire about the QOL using SF-36 for outpatients from age 50 to 79 years. 【Results and Conclusion】41 CRD patients (average age 69.8) and 24 CVA patients (average age 62.7) completed the questionnaires. The CRD patient by dyspnea and the CVA patient by hemiplegia came under similar extreme influence of a body function in their life. However, CVA patient was lower than CRD patient about a daily life role function (a body) and a bodily pain. It was suggested that CRD patient can do activity to respiratory status, but CVA patient was not activity than CRD patient for hemiplegia and pain. However, in the general health perception, CRD patient was lower than CVA patient.
