{"created":"2023-06-19T06:41:46.970722+00:00","id":134,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"380a8d93-9515-45b4-a260-30b73f321cbd"},"_deposit":{"created_by":2,"id":"134","owners":[2],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"134"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:opcnr.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000134","sets":["1:18"]},"author_link":["614","647","175"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"11","bibliographicPageEnd":"23","bibliographicPageStart":"15","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"沖縄県立看護大学紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Okinawa Prefectural College of Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"背景：日本では、公衆衛生における看護の役割は、ヘルスケアシステムの変革のため変化してきた。1997年の地域保健法施行後、沖縄県は本島と離島の問で保健師をローテーションさせるシステムを廃止した。目的：私たちは、沖縄の保健師が、仕事の転機に直面した際の判断のよりどころを明らかしようと試みた。また、判断のよりどころと勤務先や年齢などの関係や理想の保健師像はどのように関連するのか明らかにしようと試みた。方法：沖縄県と41の県内市町村に属する全保健師（404人）への郵送調査。判断のよりどころについての質問は、Scheinのキャリアアンカーを参考に９つのうちの８つを作成し、最後のカテゴリーは、それぞれの保健師による自由記載とした。結果：郵送法による回収率は61.9％(250/404）であった。判断のよりどころの割合は、それぞれ、専門分野（31.2%)、ライフスタイル（30.8%)、社会貢献（11.2%）であった。この結果は、年齢や性別、勤務先で違いは認められなかった。理想の保健師タイプについては、社会貢献を判断のよりどころとしている群は、社会貢献タイプの保健師を、またライフスタイルをよりどころとしている群はライフスタイルのバランスをうまくとる保健師を選択していた。一方、専門分野を判断のよりどころとしている群は、それぞれの理想の保健師タイプがほぼ同じ割合であった。このことから、判断のよりどころの「ライフスタイル」「社会貢献」には理想の保健師タイプが反映されていることが示唆された。しかし「専門分野」は、必ずしも理想とする保健師像が反映されているわけではなかった。このことから、「専門分野」を選択した群は、期待される役割と機能に応じて仕事を継続していく上で、理想の保健師タイプと判断のよりどころとしての保健師の専門性との整合性を模索している状況が示唆された。|Background: After the community health low established in 1997, Okinawa prefecture stopped the rotation system on public health nurse (PHN) between the mainland of Okinawa and its surrounding remote or isolated areas. Objective: This study tries to clarify the decision making grounds of the PHNs in Okinawa when they faced the job turning points. Furthermore, try to figure out the relationship between the decision making grounds and sex, age, place of employment and ideal PHN types. Subjects: Subjects were all all PHNs (404 nurses) belong to the Okinawa Prefectural Government or 41 municipalities in Okinawa. Design: The mail survey was made for those subjects. This questionnaire on decision making grounds (9 categories), 8 categories was referred to the concept of Career Anchor developed by Schein, E. and last category as a free description added by respective PHNs. Results: Recovery percentage was 61.9% (250/404) from this mail survey. Decision making grounds selected frequently were 'Specialty (31.2%)', 'Lifestyle (30.8%)' and 'Contribution to community (11.2%)' respectively. This result was not significantly changed by age, sex and workplace of PHNs. With regard to the ideal PHN type, 'Contribution to community' was selected by 'Contribution to community' from the decision making ground, and also 'Life balance' was selected by 'Life style'. On the contrary, 'Specialty' was corresponding to several types of ideal PHN almost equally. Conclusion: These results suggested that the decision making grounds 'Lifestyle' and 'Contribution to community' are reflected their ideal PHN type, but 'Specialty' is not necessarily so.
