{"created":"2023-06-19T06:41:47.565790+00:00","id":143,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"b996b395-ee51-4c3f-a4e9-28db06aba0cb"},"_deposit":{"created_by":2,"id":"143","owners":[2],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"143"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:opcnr.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000143","sets":["1:20"]},"author_link":["725","187"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2011-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"12","bibliographicPageEnd":"35","bibliographicPageStart":"25","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"沖縄県立看護大学紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Okinawa Prefectural College of Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】本研究の目的は一般不妊治療後に出産した女性の妊娠期から産後3か月までの母親役割獲得の主観的体験を明らかにし、看護への示唆を得ることである。【方法】妊娠・出産期から産後3ヶ月目までの(1)母親としての意識(2)子どもに対する感情(3)ソーシャルサポートの状況について半構造的面接を行った。分析方法は、面接の逐語録から主観的体験を抽出し、類似する内容をまとめた。【結果】一般不妊治療後に妊娠・出産した4名の女性から、身近な人々の支えで母親として自信をつける、子どものいる友人との関係、高年に伴う出産体験、高年妊娠に伴う子どもの障害を気にする体験の4つの主観的体験があった。身近な人々の支えで母親として自信をつける体験では、【満足のいく周囲からの育児サポート】によって【子育てに自信】を持ち【母親としての責任】を感じていた。子どものいる友人との関係では、【不妊治療期に子どものいる友人との交流を避けていた】が妊娠をきっかけに【有効な子どものいる人からのアドバイス】を得ることで関係性が変化していた。高年に伴う出産体験では、【異常分娩により長い出産体験】や【帝王切開術による産んだ実感のない出産体験】をしていた。高年妊娠に伴う子どもの障害を気にする体験では、【子どもの障害を気にする】体験をしていた。【結論】1．身近な人々の支えは、母親役割獲得する上で重要な要因になっていた。2．子どものいる友人との関係は、不妊治療期と育児期では友人の存在が異なっていた。3．出産体験が肯定的になるように、出産時の精神的サポート、出産時の納得のいく説明、出産後の振り返りを通してのフォローが必要である。4．不妊治療による子どもへの影響へのインフォームドコンセントやカウンセリングの体制をしっかり整え、精神的フォローが行なえるようにする必要がある。|【Objective】The purpose of this study was to clarify the role of subjective experience of maternal role attainment from pregnancy to three months postpartum who had experience of general infertility treatment. 【Method】The semi-structured interview of \"Consciousness as mother\", \"Feelings to the child\", and \"Situation of the social support\" until three months postpartum from the pregnancy and childbirth period were done.Analytical methods to extract from the subjective experience of the interview transcripts, similar content together. 【Results】There were four subjective experiences of “Confidence is given as a mother with a support of familiar people.”・“Relation to friend who has child”・“Childbirth experience according to advanced age”and“Experience of worrying about child's trouble because of advanced age pregnancy” from an interview.For an experience providing a confidence as a mother with a support of surrounding people, she obtained “a confidence to raise a child” by “a satisfying child rearing support from surrounding environment” and felt “a responsibility as a mother”. For a relationship to a friend with a child, the relationship has been changed as acquiring “an advice from a person with an available child” by pregnancy while “avoiding an intercommunication for friend with a child during a infertility treatment.” In an experience of late childbearing, she had “a longer childbirth experience by abnormal labor” and “no actual sense of delivery due to a childbirth experience by Caesarean operation”. For an experience to worry about a child disability by late childbearing, she had an experience for “worrying about a child disability”. 【Conclusion】1. A support by surrounding people was an important factor to acquire a maternal role. 2. For a relationship to a friend with a child, the friend’s existence became different between a infertility treatment period and child-rearing period. 3. To become a childbirth experience as a positive experience, it needs to be assisted through a mental support/convincing explanation at the time of delivery and a review after delivery. 4.
