{"created":"2023-06-19T06:41:47.695223+00:00","id":145,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"85cae3f6-b2e6-4277-917b-615837b428b0"},"_deposit":{"created_by":2,"id":"145","owners":[2],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"145"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:opcnr.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000145","sets":["1:20"]},"author_link":["614","647","175"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2011-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"12","bibliographicPageEnd":"54","bibliographicPageStart":"47","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"沖縄県立看護大学紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Okinawa Prefectural College of Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【背景】これまで看護師に関する職務満足度の研究は数多くおこなわれているが、保健師を対象とするものはほとんどない。本研究の目的は、沖縄県の保健師の職務満足度の現状を把握し、年齢構成や勤務先等との関連について検討を行う。【方法】対象は、沖縄県内の行政機関に勤める全保健師（404人）とした。郵送法による調査で、2006年5月～6月の期間に実施した。回収率は、61.9%（250人）であった。調査項目は、職務満足度、対象者の属性（年齢、性、勤務先、所属、役職の有無）である。本研究の職務満足度スケールは、EllenbeckerのHome Health Care Nurseの職務満足度スケールをもとに作成された。20の質門項目は５段階のリッカートスケールで評価される。【結果】職務満足度スケールの項目の中で、最も平均値が高かったのは、「私の仕事は重要で価値がある」、「住民と築いてきた関係は私にやりがいを与えている」「私には、信頼し、必要なときにはたよれる同僚がいる」の順であった。一方、平均値が低かった項目は、「私は、私が働いている組織の事業方針に変化をもたらす力を持っている」「地域住民は私が提供したケアやサービスに満足している」「私は仕事として再び保健師を選ぶだろう」「私は受け持っているケースの主治医に専門家の仲間として対応されている」の順であった。対象者の属性で職務満足度と関係がみられたのは、年齢階級、勤務先、役職の有無であった。【結論】本研究の結果から、沖縄県の行政機関に勤務する保健師の職務満足度は、保健師としての仕事の価値ややりがいに関する項目で、高くなっていた。一方、組織の事業方針への影響力についての項目や保健師という職種に対しての魅力や誇りに関する項目では、得点が低かった。また、沖縄県の行政機関に勤務する保健師の職務満足度は、年代や勤務先、役職の有無によって異なっていた。|Background: Many studies have been conducted on job satisfaction for clinical nurses but few for public health nurses (PHNs). The aim of this study is to grasp the job satisfaction of PHN employed by local government agencies in Okinawa and to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction: age, job place and others. Method: Subjects were 404 PHNs employed by local government agencies in Okinawa. The mail survey was done in 2006 from May to June. Response rate was about 62% (250 PHNs). The questionnaire item were job satisfaction, age, sex, job place, affiliation and work position.. Job Satisfaction Scale of this study is based on Ellenbecker’s Home Health Care Nurses’ Job satisfaction scale and modified to suit Japanese PHN. The 20 items in total were rated on a 5-point Likert-scale. Result: Higher mean score on each individual item are listed below: “My work is important and worth while”, ”Relationship I have established with patients are rewarding”, “I can rely on peers and turn to them if necessary”. While Lower mean score items were “I have the power to generate in organizational policy at the agency where I work”, “My patients are satisfied with the care I provide”, “I would choose PHN again for practice”,”I am treated as a professional colleague by my patients’ physicians”. The Significant relationship was founded between the job satisfaction: age, job place, and work position. Conclusion: This study suggested that Okinawan PHNs are satisfied with the worth and reword of their work. However, their satisfaction score was low for the power of generate in organizational policy and their pride about PHNs role was also low.
