{"created":"2023-06-19T06:41:47.892641+00:00","id":148,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"a299f6ea-3b2d-4b56-9b2d-8c1c1bc7f65b"},"_deposit":{"created_by":2,"id":"148","owners":[2],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"148"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:opcnr.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000148","sets":["1:20"]},"author_link":["479","477","184"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2011-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"12","bibliographicPageEnd":"83","bibliographicPageStart":"73","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"沖縄県立看護大学紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Okinawa Prefectural College of Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】20歳代青年の食生活に関する効果的な健康教育の方法を探るため、携帯電話を媒体としてインターネットウェブログ(以下ブログ)による食事日記の作成と対象者相互間の意見交換を試み、その効果と課題を考察する。【方法】カメラ付き携帯電話を所持し、インターネットにアクセス可能な20歳代の男女15名を対象とし、3名ずつ、構成条件の異なる5グループを編成した。対象者は食事の写真とコメントを携帯電話でEメール送信する方法で3日間のブログ食事日記を作成し、グループ内で相互にブログを閲覧してコメントを交換した。食生活に関する意識(関心・自己評価)調査を、ブログ食事日記作成前、作成後、1か月後に実施した。【結果】食生活への関心はブログ食事日記作成後に高まり1か月後に再び低下、食生活に関する自己評価はブログ食事日記作成後に低下し1か月後に上昇する傾向がみられた。自己評価の視点はブログ食事日記作成後と1か月後において拡大し、特にグループ内でコメント交換した項目や、そのグループの食生活の特徴を示す項目において評価項目数が増加する傾向が見られた。対象者のコメントを質的および時系列的に分析した結果、食生活に関する意識の変化のきっかけとなったのは自己の食事日記に対するコメントである場合が最も多かった。また、全対象者が他の対象者から受信したコメントにより意識の変化を促進されており、約半数の対象者に食事バランスや調理法を考える等の行動変容が認められた。【結論】ブログによる食事日記は、食生活の自己評価の視点の拡大や関心の増加等、食生活に関する意識改善に一定の効果が期待できると考えられる。また、その過程における対象者同士の相互作用の重要性が示唆された。より効果的な対象者のグループ編成方法、簡便なブログ作成ツールの開発等が今後の課題である。|This study seeks to find out an effective method of the healthy eating education for youths. 15 youths who were in their twenties and unknown each other were recruited to join this research to record their dietary diaries online. They created their dietary diaries on internet weblog via their cell phones and discussed with each other for three days without advices of specialists. We found that what they ate, what kinds of topics they discussed about and what they thought about their eating habits had changed during this peer-learning period. We also discovered that the interaction among the participants were important in this process. This methodology which embraces the self efficacy holds promise for the future as health education for youths.
