{"created":"2023-06-19T06:41:48.482742+00:00","id":157,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"32fb4473-1c8c-4dda-8a8a-f5ced94151de"},"_deposit":{"created_by":2,"id":"157","owners":[2],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"157"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:opcnr.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000157","sets":["1:21"]},"author_link":["797","683","803","805","802","739","548","804","627","801"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2012-03-30","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"13","bibliographicPageEnd":"16","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"沖縄県立看護大学紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Okinawa Prefectural College of Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】: がん看護実践で活用可能な補完代替療法(Complementary and Alternative Medicine, 以下CAMとする)を選出し、それらの効果と安全性のエビデンスについて､文献を用いて検討する。【方法】: アロマセラピー／マッサージ、音楽／音楽療法、アートセラピー、呼吸法／リラクセーション法、タッピングタッチの5 つについて、がん領域のCAMのガイドライン、Cochrane Database Systematic Review、米国がん看護学会のシステマティックレビュー、および医学中央雑誌・CINAHL・MEDLINEにより検索された過去5 年間の研究論文を用いて、効果と安全性に関する記述レビューを行った。【結果】: ガイドラインでは、どのCAMも実践に強く推奨されるには至っていなかったが、小規模な研究や質的研究では、痛みや倦怠感などの症状の改善や、不安の軽減やコミュニケーションの促進などの心理社会的効果が報告されていた。また、安全性について、アロマセラピー／マッサージと音楽／音楽療法は、ガイドラインに実施時の注意点が示されており、音楽／音楽療法、アートセラピー、呼吸法／リラクセーション法は、患者の好みへの配慮や実施者に訓練が必要であることが指摘されていた。【結論】: 今回選出した5 種類のCAMは、有用な看護介入となる可能性が高く、簡便な方法を考案し、注意点を守り、患者の反応を見ながら実施することで、安全も保証できると考えられた。|Purpose: This paper describes a literature review conducted effect and safety of selective Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) for easy to use at the oncology nursing practice. Methods: ICHUSHI (Japanese database), MEDLINE, and CINAHL were searched from January 1, 2005 to April 7, 2010 using selected CAM terms which were aromatherapy/massage, music/music therapy, art therapy, breathing/relaxation and tapping touch. And guideline of CAM, Cochrane Database Systematic Review, and systematic review from Oncology Nursing Society were used to consider their effect and safety, too. Results: The selective CAM was not recommended into practice strongly in guidelines. However, it was showed to effect of reducing patient's symptoms such as pain or fatigue and psychosocial effect such as reducing anxiety or promoting communication in small sample studies or qualitative studies. Guidelines included of caution for use aromatherapy/massage and music therapy. And it indicated that music/music therapy, art therapy, and breathing/relaxation need to be select by patient's preference or using by trained therapists. Conclusion: These selective CAM can be useful and keep patient's safety at the oncology nursing practice, if we follows safety methods and skilled in practice
