 note = {沖縄県内公立小学校6校,4年生(男子83名,女子77名),5年生(男子99名,女子133名),6年生(男子114名,女子117名)の計623名を対象に,Mental Health Pattern for Children(MHP-C)を用いて,精神的健康度(メンタルヘルスパターン)の現状について検討した.その結果,「ストレス反応」尺度では男女差は認められず,学年については4年生が,5,6年生に比べて有意に低ストレス傾向を示した.「やる気」尺度については,「自信」のみに有意な男女差が認められ,学年については,全ての下位尺度「目標・挑戦」,「自信」,「生活の満足度」において,6年生が,4,5年生に比べて有意に低い傾向を示した.メンタルヘルスパターンについては男女差は認められず,学年差は「はつらつ型(いきいき型)」が学年が上がるにつれて減少し,「だらだら型」,「へとへと型」は6年生が増加傾向を示した.全体的な本県児童の特徴としては(低ストレス,低やる気)の「だらだら型」の比率が高い傾向が認められた, The purpose of this study was to investigate the MHP-C(Mental Health Pattern for Children) of elementary school children in Okinawa prefecture. The results of the study were as follows：1)Analysis of variance revealed that there were no significant gender differences, but were significant grade differences(F=7.89,P<.01)in the score of stress scale of MHP-C.2). Analysis of variance revealed that there were no significant gender differences in the QOL scale of MHP-C. However, there were significant gender differences(F=12.22, P<.01)in the "confidence" subscale of QOL scale. Additionally, there were significant grade differences(F=15.71 / 25.61 / 7.75, P<.01)in all subscales ("target and challenge","confidence","satisfaction in life")of QOL scale. 3)Chi-square test revealed that there were no significant gender differences, but were significant grade differences (X^2=36.69, P<.01)in the exhibited ratios of the four types of MHP(Mental Health Pattern). Above all, for 4th to 6th graders, the exhibited ratios of one of the types,"Vivid" of MHP, decreased gradually, and two other types,"Dull" and "Exhausted" of MHP, increased mostly in 6th graders. On the whole, the exhibited ratios of "Dull" types (low stress and low QOL)of MHP in elementary school children of Okinawa prefecture tended to be conspicuously shown.},
