@article{oai:opcnr.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000071, author = {川崎, 道子 and Kawasaki, Michiko}, issue = {4}, journal = {沖縄県立看護大学紀要, Journal of Okinawa Prefectural College of Nursing}, month = {Mar}, note = {渡嘉敷村の20歳以上の住民576人を対象に、住民の生活習慣の実態と主観的健康感との関連を明らかにするため質問紙調査を実施した。有効回答のあった424人(73.6%)を分析対象とし、生活習慣(朝食、間食、飲酒、喫煙、運動、睡眠時間)、通院している病気、生活満足度と主観的健康感の関連を検討した。1.好ましい生活習慣の実施率は県民健康栄養調査と比較して「朝食を毎日食べる」、「ほとんど間食をしない」は高値であったが、「飲酒習慣なし」、「禁煙」、「運動習慣あり」「睡眠時間(7~8時間未満)」の4項目は低値であった。2.生活習慣等と主観的健康感との関連は、年齢では、加齢と共に「健康ではない」が増加していた。どの年齢階級においても「通院している病気がない」、「生活に満足している」者は主観的健康感が高かった。生活習慣では、65歳以上の高齢者は、「飲酒習慣なし」の者が「健康ではない」と認識し、39歳以下では「喫煙」者が「健康ではない」と認識し年齢による相違がみられた。以上のことより主観的健康感を高める要因として「通院している病気がない」、「生活満足度が高い」があげられる。3.主観的健康感は高齢者の生命予後を規定する指標であることより、高齢者の健康づくり対策を構築する上で健康感が維持または高めていけるような保健活動のあり方が望まれる。 Questionnaires were employed to demonstrate relation between lifestyle and subjective view of health of the 576 peoples whose ages are over 20 in Tokashiki village. The relation between lifestyle (breakfast, eating between meals, drinking, smoking, exercise, sleep time), under a hospital care, the degree of satisfaction in one's life and a subjective view of health at a valid respondent of 424 persons (73.6%). The findings were as follows: The percentage of the plus lifestyle practice of those who practice“eating breakfast every day”and “almost no eating between meals”was higher than what the Prefectural Health Nutrition survey's data show. But the percentage of the plus lifestyle practice of those who practice “no habit of drinking”, “no smoking”, “having a habit of exercise”,“have a sleep time (seven hours to under eight)”was lower than what the Prefectural Health Nutrition survey's data show. Relation between lifestyle and subjective view of health was strong with“not healthy”along with aging. In every age bracket, those with “no hospital care with any diseases”,“satisfied with life”were high in subjective view of health. In lifestyle, as for people of 65 and over they were aware of “no habit of drinking”,“not healthy ”and in those 39 and under, “smoking” persons are aware of not healthy. These differences of age group were observed. To enhance subjective view of health, factors of “not under a hospital care”and “life satisfied with life” are thought to be important. Subjective view of health is an index for life convalescence of old people.
