| 内容記述 | 沖縄県内公立小学校4校,4年生(男133名,女133名),5年生(男149名,女156名),6年生(男106名,女101名)の計778名を対象に,精神的健康状態を児童用精神的健康パターン診断検査MHP-C(Mental Health Pattem for Children)の「ストレス反応」及びQOLとしての「やる気」それぞれと日常生活要因との関連性を検討した.その結果,「ストレス反応」と日常生活要因については,自律・規範的要因,身体的活動要因,身体的効力感要因との関連性が示された.又,「やる気」については,身体的効力感要因,積極的意見要因,自律・規範的要因,身体的活動要因との関連性が示された.更に「ストレス反応」,「やる気」両要因との間に共通する関連項目として,特に身体的効力感要因と身体活動的要因が示された.以上から運動を通して得られる様々な成功体験やそれに伴う自信の高揚,身体的効力感の向上,又,一過性のストレス低減効果などは,子供達のメンタルヘルスを考える上で重要な関連要因の一つであるということが示された | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between (stress response score/QOL score) of the MHP-C (Mental Health Pattern for Children) and the daily living relation factors for elementary school children in Okinawa prefecture. Questionnaires were distributed to 778 pupils (4 th grade :133 male, 133 female/5 th grade :149 male,156 female/6 th grade 106 male,101 female) in four elementary schools in Okinawa prefecture. The results of this study are summarized as follows :1) Multiple regression analysis revealed that the relationship between stress response score and the living relation factors were significant for the factors of "autonomy and a model behavior", "physical activity" and "physical self efficacy". In the same way , 2) The relationships between QOL score and the living relation factors were significant for the factors of "physical self efficacy", "positive proposal" "autonomy and a model behavior" and "physical activity".3) The relationships between both scores of (stress response and QOL) and the daily living relation factors were significant for the factors of "physical self efficacy" and "physical activity". Accordingly, we suggested the possibility that various experiences of success, the increase of "confidence" and "physical self efficacy" and the decrease of stress response had improved children's mental health through physical activity. | |||||
