| 内容記述 | 東京都51組,沖縄県55組の計106組の新生児の両親を対象に質問紙を2回実施して1回目は,「一般的な赤ちゃんの知覚(NPI-1)」,2回目は1ヵ月後の「自分の赤ちゃんの知覚(NPI-2)」について調査した.その結果,父親と母親のNPI-1総得点およびNPI-2総得点それぞれの相関係数はNPI-1総得点に比べNPI-2総得点が高くなり,1ヵ月後のNPI-2が父親と母親でより一致する傾向にあった.又,出生直後NPI-1と1ヵ月後のNPI-2の相関係数は,両群とも父親よりも母親が低かった.このことから出生直後と1ヵ月後の親の知覚は変化し,又,生活する地域(東京都群,あるいは沖縄群)によってその値は多少異なること,両群ともに母親は父親よりも1ヵ月後には変化していることが示された.そして,NPIにより,同じ子供でも両親によって見方が異なること,又,両親ともに1ヵ月後には見方が変化すること,そして母親の父親よりもより変化し易い傾向は住む地域に関わらず同様であることなどが示された | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to analyze the parent's perception of their babies, the similarities and differences of their perception between fathers and mothers, and different perception between immediately after child's birth and one month after for primary intervention. Subjects were the parents of 51 pairs in Tokyo, 55 pairs in Okinawa, and a total of 106 pairs with newborn infants. Questionnaires were requested twice. The first question was about, "an average baby's perception". After one month of the child's birth, the second question was asked about "their own baby's perception". Result and discussion; 1) As for the correlation coefficient of the NPI1 and NPI2 of parents, NPI2 became higher than NPI1, which indicated that perception of fathers or mothers, was more similar than one month before. 2) As for the correlation coefficient of the NPI1 and NPI2, the mother was lower than the father, in both group. From these findings, it becomes clear that the perception of the parents immediately after birth and of one month after changes, and it is that some values change with place in which they live, after one month, the mother's is changing rather than father in both group. Conclusion; It was suggested that of the same child one could say that 1) Parent's perception between mother and father was not the same. 2) Both mother and father had changed perception from child's birth one month after. 3) It was common in two areas (Okinawa and Tokyo)that mother's perception had changed more than that of father's in two of the result. Further study is needed in child rearing of mother's and father's, differ ent perception of babies between parents in order to reduce problems of child rearing which could be observed from NPI score. | |||||
