| 内容記述 | 本研究は、将来養護教諭免許取得を希望する学生を参加者として、受講した養護専門科目及び教職関連科目を通じて、教職に関する知識、教員の役割や資質に対する認識がどう変化したかを検討することにより、授業改善に対する提言を行なうことを目的とした。参加者は、講義前後に自由記述式アンケート調査の各質問に対して思い浮かぶことを記述した後、重要なものから順位付けを行なった。自由記述から得られたすべての回答にテーマをつけカテゴリー化を行い、講義前後で比較検討及び得られたテーマ、カテゴリーに対する回答数の量的な変化も比較検討した。その結果、教員の資質を除き、学校、保健室、教員及び養護教諭の役割と求められる資質に関する回答数は、講義後で増加した。講義後では、学校と保健室、教員と養護教諭に関して、「保健室や養護教諭に必要な資質は、学校や教員に必要な資質を基盤にさらに必要となる資質であるというように認識が変化した｡」講義後の認識の深まりが明らかになった一方、「教職に関連した知識あるいは養護教諭に関するより正確で詳細な知識が必要であることも示唆され、これらの習得を図るために、関連科目担当教員との連携の重要性がこれからの検討課題である｡」|The purpose of this study was to consider strategies to improve lectures related to school nurse. Students' perceptions were compared before and after lectures. The participants were students who aspire to become school nurse. They need to describe questionnaire and ranked them according to importance. Qualitative and quantitative analysis method were used for analyzing data. The researcher identified themes within the text and formed categories. Expect for the question on the quality of teachers, the number of responses related to "school," "school infirmary," "the role of teacher and school nurse," and "the quality of teachers and school nurse" increased after the lectures. After the lectures, the participants recognized that school nurse is required additional knowledge and skills for supporting students in schools. The participants' perceptions were clear after the lectures, while the result indicated participants need more accurate and detailed information on educational history and law required for school nurse licensure. The results of this study suggest that the instructors in these areas should work together so that students have more detailed and accurate knowledge of the school nurse. | |||||
