| 内容記述 | 【研究目的】来院状況の異なる多様な患者が混在する救急センターで、最初に患者･家族と対応する中堅看護師たちのアセスメント視点を分類･整理し、新任看護師の指導に活用できる初期アセスメントプロトコル作成の一助とする。【研究方法】Ｋ病院の救急看護経験10年以上の中堅看護師6名を対象に半構造的インタビューを行った。【結果及び考察】1) 中堅看護師の初期アセスメントは医師の診断前に実施されており、患者家族や守衛などの協力を得ながら、同時に多数の患者を視野に入れて多面的にアセスメントしていた。2）中堅看護師の初期アセスメントの重点は患者の急変の可能性の予測であった。「何か変だ」という異和感と経験的知識とを照合した独自のアセスメント視点であった。3) 中堅看護師たちの経験的知識を集約した「初期アセスメント指標」の作成は、新任看護師たちのアセスメント能力の向上に役立つことが示唆された。|The aim of this study is to make clear the assessment points of experienced nurses at the first contact with the emergency patients having a variety of health conditions and various paths from a walk-in to an ambulance. Semi-structured interview was made for 6 nurses who have worked over 3years at the emergency department of K hospital. Results and findings from present analysis were follows. 1) Prior to the doctor diagnosis, the nurse with paying attention to other patients conditions made the assessment at the first contact to the patient taking account of the information obtained from( a )patient family and (a )hospital guard.etc 2) With reference to the gap between clinically experienced knowledge and getting unusual feeling from the patient, the nurse gave priority to the possibility for sudden change of patient status. 3) It is suggested that the first nursing assessment for emergency patients, which was synthesized from the assessments points of experienced nurses, may be useful for development of ability among new nurses. | |||||
