| 内容記述 | 沖縄県の低出生体重児の出生割合は､全国一高く､沖縄県の母子保健の指標は悪い状況にあり､低出生体重児の出生予防は県内の母子保健上大きな課題である｡ 本研究は､低出生体重児出産の要因を明らかにし､低出生体重児の出生予防及び援助の視点を見いだすことを目的として､沖縄県内のＮ公立病院で2500g未満の児を出産し､承諾の得られた母親を対象として産褥入院期間中に半構成面接を実施した｡ 対象者は､妊娠24週～36週で出生時体重628g～2406gの児を出産した母親28人で初産婦14人､経産婦14人である｡低出生体重児出産に関連する要因として､産科的異常や疾患の合併､妊娠前・妊娠中の健康管理､妊娠中の心身の安定の脅かしが影響しており､妊娠中の異常に対する知識の理解､異常の早期発見や本人の保健行動への援助､妊娠前・妊娠中の健康管理のための教育､妊娠中の不安軽減のための専門的支援や夫・家族の支援の必要性など低出生体重児出生予防のための援助の視点が示唆された |

| 内容記述 | The proportion of low birth weight (LBW) infants in Okinawa Prefecture is far higher than the Japanese average and maternal-child health care in Okinawa is in high demand. The aims of this investigation were to describe the factors on LBW infants in Okinawa Prefacture and to support infant mothers. Subjects were those who were born birth weight under 2500grams, at N hospital in Okinawa Prefecture. The research obtained informed consent and conducted semi-structured interviews with subjects mothers. The subjects of the study are 28 mothers: 14 are primipara and 14 multipara. The range of pregnancy period is from 24weeks to 36weeks. Range of birth weight is from 628 grams to 2406 grams. Factors related to LBW infant are the following: 1. Abnormality during pregnancy. 2. Complications . 3. Inadequancy of maintaing physical condition before pregnancy and during pregnancy. 4. Unstable condition of mental or psychological aspects. 5. Knowledge deficit about abnormalities related to pregnancy. Therefore, it is essential for health care providers to educate expectant mothers to understand behavior which facilitates ones health. Also, it is important to involve husband and family menbers during pregnancy in order for maintenance of expectant mother's optimal health conditions. |
