| 内容記述 | 【目的】本研究の目的は、A病院ICU病棟において、経験年数の異なる新任看護師を対象とする習熟度別教育プログラムを導入するために、まずチームリーダーを中心とする研究グループにより「習熟度レベルⅠ」の試案を作成し、この試案の導入過程を通して看護チームの活性化につなげることである。【方法】1．参加型アクションリサーチ法を用いて、ICUの看護師全員で課題に取り組む姿勢作りをする。2．研究グループの構成；看護チームのリーダー3名、主任看護師、看護師長、参加希望者5名、計10名3．研究のステップ；(1)ICU看護師（39名）対象に現任教育に関する質問紙調査、(2)研究グループ（10名）による新任看護師の習熟度別教育プログラムの試案作成、(3)新任看護師（6名）への試案のトライアルと評価、(4)研究グループによるアクションリサーチプロセスのふりかえり【結果】1.質問紙調査結果を踏まえて、新任看護師教育プログラム「習熟度レベルⅠ」の到達目標を「夜勤のメンバーとしての役割がとれる」とし、「習熟度レベルⅠ」の試案および評価ガイドラインを作成した。2.新任看護師（６名）を対象に試案のトライアルを実施し、新任者の自己評価と研究グループの他者評価を摺り合わせ、評価ガイドラインを修正した。3．参加型アクションリサーチ法によるこの研究への取り組みを通して、チームリーダーの相互理解が深まり、看護チームが活性化し病棟全体への波及効果が示唆された。【結論】参加型アクションリサーチ法によるICU病棟の新任看護師を対象とする習熟度別教育プログラムの導入過程を通して、看護チームを活性化することができた。|【Purpose】In the ICU ward of A hospital, in order to introduce a training program according to different skill levels of new nurses with varying years of experience, we first created a draft plan for ‘ skill level I’ . This plan was based on the study group being focused around a team leader, and through the process of introducing this plan, we tried to incorporate the activation of the nursing team. 【Methods】 1. Participatory action research was used to include all ICU nursing staff in working on tasks. 2. Study group structure included a total of 10 nurses , 3 nursing team leaders, a charge nurse, a nursing manager and 5 staff nurses interested in participating. 3. Study steps: (1)Questionnaire in relation to training of current duties conducted on 39 ICU nurses, (2)The study group created a draft training program according to different skill level of new nurses, (3) Trial and evaluation of draft for 6 new nurses, (4) Review of action research process 【Results】1. Based on results of the questionnaire, attainment of goals of the‘ skill level I’ new nurse training program was seen as ‘ the role of nurses on night shift’ and the draft plan for ‘ skill level I’ and evaluation criteria were created. 2. The draft plan was tested on new nurse subjects (6 nurses), and on comparing self-evaluations of new nurses with evaluations of the study group, the evaluation criteria were revised. 3. Handling this study according to the participatory action research method enhanced the mutual understanding of team leaders, activated the nursing team and may have had a ripple effect on the whole ward. 【Conclusion】 Nursing teams were activated through the process of introducing a training program according to the skill level of new nurses in the ICU ward using the participatory action research method. | |||||
