| 内容記述 | 【目的】病棟看護師は同僚の看護実践に接する機会が多く、業務を通して影響を受けていると言える。本研究の目的は、病棟看護師が同僚の看護実践から看護職者としての認識や行動に影響を受けた過程（以下、同僚から影響を受けた過程）の特徴を明らかにし、同僚の看護実践からどのように学んだら良いかの示唆を得ることである。【方法】臨床経験５年以上の病棟看護師に“同僚の看護実践から看護職者としての認識や行動に影響を受けた出来事”について半構成的面接を行い、逐語録のデータを質的帰納的に分析した。【結果】研究協力者７名の逐語録から取り出した25の出来事から、同僚から影響を受けた過程の特徴として、「偶然見聞きした同僚の行動が今までの自分の患者対応と違うと思い、同僚の行動が患者にとってどのような意味があるのかを考え、自分の看護観とつき合わせて、看護する上で良いと思う方法を選択し、行動する。」等、５つを抽出した。同僚から影響を受けた過程は、同僚の看護実践と自己の過去の体験との違いに注目することで始まり、認識の変化や行動変容へとつながっていた。影響を受ける過程を繰り返すことにって看護観が変化し、その都度、変化した看護観に導かれて患者対応をしていた。【結論】病棟看護師は、同僚の看護実践を介して自己の体験を意識化することによって、様々な場面が学ぶ機会になる。その際、看護実践を行動だけでなく判断過程も含めてとらえることが重要である。自他の看護実践の振り返りを重ねる中で、応用範囲の広い看護観が形成され、さまざまな対象や状況に合わせた患者対応が可能となることが示唆された。|【Purpose】Staff nurses are regularly influenced by their colleagues' practice in ward settings. This study aims to explicate features of the process in which the staff nurses' cognition and behavior are influenced and suggest proper learning from the colleagues' nursing practice in hospitals. 【Methods】We implemented semi-structured interviews with staff nurses with more than 5 year experience on “scenes in which your colleagues influenced your cognition and behavior”and analyzed the verbatim data through qualitative induction. 【Results】We abstracted 5 features out of 25 stories from the verbatim data of 7 research participants. For example, 1 feature indicates“I found by chance that my colleague's behavior is different from my own nursing care. It made me think about the point of his/her behavior. Referring to his/her behavior and my own view on nursing, I choose the nursing practice I deem best.” In general, the process of influence from colleagues begins with the attention to difference between own and colleague's nursing practices, and it leads a staff nurse to cognitive and behavioral change. By repeating the process, a nurse's view changes, and the newly acquired view guides one's nursing care. 【Conclusion】Staff nurses can learn in various nursing scenes as they can recognize their own experiences with reference to their colleagues' nursing practice. In that process, it is important that a staff nurse grasps not only colleague's behavior, but also the judgment process behind the nursing practice. By repeating comparison between nursing practices of his/her own and others, a staff nurse can acquire a wide range of nursing application and deal with patients in various circumstances. | |||||
