| 内容記述 | 成人保健看護の対象者は、一生を成人保健看護活動の視点でみると、産業保健との関わりで約40年間職業生活を送ることになる。そこで、本授業では、成人保健看護の対象をより深く理解するために、授業の一環として県内の11の事業所見学を昨年から行っている。見学の目的は事業所で働く人々の特性と健康問題や健康管理の特徴を理解するとともに、看護職者が果たしている役割と実際活動について学ぶことにしている。見学の結果、学生は(1)事業所の作業環境・職業的特徴によって生ずる健康問題、生活習慣などによって生ずる健康問題があること(2)各事業所において、労働安全衛生法によって健康管理システムが組織化され、組織的に健康管理、作業環境管理、作業管理が行われていること(3)保健婦・看護婦は事業所の中で従来の健康管理活動に加えて、新たにメンタルヘルスケアやトータルヘルスプロモーションプラン（THP）など社会の変化や、職場環境の変化から生ずる健康問題に対応している。など、事業所における対象者の健康管理の中核となって、産業医と連携しながら活動していることを理解している。また、学生は事業所で保健婦・看護婦、産業医、安全衛生管理者によって、働く人々の健康が守られていることに気付いている。さらに、保健婦・看護婦の活動を身近に見てこれからの学習をしていく上での刺激になっている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Targeted population in Adult Health and Nursing, from the perspective of Nursing and health promotion activities, work for approximately 40 years in relation to industrial health. In order to understand the population, field trip to 11 industries and companies in Okinawa Prefecture is carried out from last year. The purposes of this field trip are to understand characteristics of health problems, health management among people who are working and to learn the health profession's role and activities. After the field trip, students learned: there are various health problems induced by working environment and natures of occupation; each industry or company has health management system relating to health, working environment, and working condition regulated by Labor Safety Law; industrial nurses play key roles in health management, mental health, and total health promotion in order to adjust to change in health problems occurred by social and working environment; and industrial nurses play important roles together with doctors in health management. In addition, students recognized that industrial nurses, doctors, and health promotion manager promote people's health. This field trip is found to be effective to stimulate students' passion for further learning | |||||
