| 内容記述 | 成人保健看護概論は､成人を対象とする看護を原理的に理解するための科目であり､成人保健看護の基盤を築くものである｡この報告は､成人保健看護概論の授業展開についてまとめたものである｡主な内容は､１) 授業展開の基本姿勢､２) 授業内容､３) レポート課題からの学生の学びからなる｡授業展開の基本姿勢として､成人保健看護担当教員は全員授業へ参加し､授業内容を共有することとした｡単元レベルの授業項目は､成人期の特徴と健康､成人保健看護における看護の特徴､成人の健康づくりと健康管理､健康障害の要因と健康管理､保健看護活動における指導・相談・援助､事業所の健康管理､事業所見学の７項目である｡レポートは､授業の進行に従って課題を提示し､学生の学習意欲､関心､学びのレベルを評価し､授業へフィードバックすることとした｡４つの課題レポートから学生の学びをみると､学生間に差はあるが､意識や行動に変化があり､新しい課題を発見し､新しい学びをしていた｡また､文献の量と読解力がレポートの質に影響していた｡事業所見学は全ての学生が関心をもち､成人保健看護の対象理解と看護の役割機能を理解するのに学習効果があった｡ | |||||

| 内容記述 | Introduction to Adult Health and Nursing is the subject to understand nursing care for adult as well as to form the foundation of Adult Health and Nursing. Contents of the lecture are: characteristics of adult in life cycle and health; characteristics of nursing in adult; self-care and health promotion; factors affecting health and self-care; advising, consulting, and supporting; health promotion in industries or companies; and field trip to health departments in industries and companies. Papers were assigned to the students depending on the progress of the class schedule and authors evaluated the students' eagerness to learn, interest and the degree of students' learning. By evaluating students' learning from assigned papers, authors noticed that there is a variation in learning among students'; however, students engaged in active learning and found new objectives by themselves. Also, amount of reference and students' reading comprehensive skills influenced on quality of writing. As regards the field trip to the health promotion department at industries or companies, all students had interest and the trip is found to be effective for students to understand the characteristics of adult that is the target population in Adult Health and Nursing and nursing functions and roles. | |||||
